Savills Australia continues to strengthen its Victorian office leasing team with the appointment of Charlie Betts.
Savills Australia continues to strengthen its Victorian office leasing team with the appointment of Charlie Betts to the position of Senior Executive Office Leasing.
Mr Betts joins Savills from Nixon Real Estate where he worked in the commercial leasing team completing more than 100 transactions over 12 months. Prior to Nixons, Mr Betts held an agency role with Biggin & Scott.
Savills State Director - VIC, Office Leasing, Mark Rasmussen, said he was delighted to announce Mr Betts’ appointment.
“We are very pleased to welcome Charlie Betts to Savills leasing team. He is an alumni of Brighton Grammar, is involved in community football and also won the REIV Commercial/Industrial Novice auctioneer competition.
“Charlie has a wealth of experience developed over a number of years in the industry and a great track record. Savills clients will benefit from his excellent service skills and ability to deliver completed transactions,” Mr Rasmussen said.
Mr Betts will work from Savills 140 William Street head office.
